Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Therapist | Compassionate Guide Through Life’s Challenges
"I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered."
About Me
I’m Sheri Meixner, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

My path to becoming a therapist was rooted in a desire to help people heal and thrive. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from community mental health agencies to hospitals, colleges, and private practice.
This diverse background has given me the tools to walk alongside clients facing a wide range of issues, including grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, life transitions, chronic illness, and more.

These approaches aren’t one-size-fits-all—they’re tools we can draw from together to create a path toward healing that feels right for you!
Client-Centered Approach
To best support my clients, I take a client-centered and eclectic approach to thereapy, which means I tailor our work together, based on your unique needs and goals.
